Absolutely love Amy! Such a great can do attitude and is very upfront and real with how the market is and what buyers want. Amy was amazing to work with and I felt like she had my best interests at heart. We sold in a tough market but there was no pressure to drop price or to take a hit. It was all laid out in numbers and both Amy and Kim listened to my needs and always kept that in mind.

I've known Amy for nearly 3 years. She kept in touch periodically until we were ready to purchase a home. She was present, proactive, easily reachable, negotiated transparently and fairly, and when it was needed, advocated strongly and went above and beyond to meet tight deadlines and professionally settle unforseen circumstances. Amy and Kim are FANTASTIC!!! My family and I were in town for a weekend to look at homes and they were so wonderful showing us all over Pensacola, Milton and Gulf Breeze. They are very knowledgeable, fast to respond, and as we moved here and are now local, met us at the house a few times (new construction) and made sure everything went smooth with the builders. 10/10!!! Just the most fun women to work with.

As a first time buyer, Kim was a blessing. She could explain terms and real estate processes in ways that I could understand. Any small, odd questions I came up with, she was quick to answer or always found an answer within a few hours. She was extremely flexible and worked around my schedule. She would even talk to me in the evenings, after dinner, if necessary. Kim is very professional, and still personable. She has a friendly, warm personality and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Gulf Coast area.

We're from West Louisiana. We wanted to move to Florida and decided the Pensacola area was the place for us. All that beautiful water! Beach, Bay, and River. We originally called Kimberly about one of her listings. Met her. Liked her. Felt she was very knowledgeable. We were looking for a fixer upper. One that with a little work, would be perfect. A home on the water. Over the course of a year, we went under contract on three properties but each ended up having weird problems that were discovered during the inspection process. Mold, wetlands classification, flood. Finally, after having all these problems, we found the perfect property! And we bought it - site unseen!! We trusted her enough that when the perfect property came available, and we were unable to drive the 8 hours to look at, we let her look at it for us. We didn't even see the property in-person, until a couple of weeks after the offer was accepted. We were that confident in her! Even though it took a year to finally find our dream home, Kimberly never forgot about us, and was always available whenever we called. She walked us through the entire process, from pre-qualification to closing. This is an agent you can trust! We would definitely use her again!
